  I have been going to Pears for as long as I can remember. Every summer we get food here at least once a week. Everything is great and the prices are fair. The kids are always bright and happy while they earn money for collage. The owner is incredibly nice. They all pay close attenion to the customers. As soon as we walk in they know what we want and how we like it. The icecream is great and the selection is huge.

  Pears is a great side of the road stop after enjoying time in the water or to enjoy a cool break on a summer drive. The foods not gourmet, but that's not why I go to a locally owned shop off the beaten path. Pears is charming and homey feeling.

  The sandwiches are subpar, yet edible. You can really taste the 'this is my first job ever' in every bite. It taste like they have no competition. Again, I eat them time to time, though that's mostly because I don't want to drive to Naples to get the exact same sandwich. The ice cream's fine. It melts too fast so try not to get stuck being the one to drive home if you do. And if you do get stuck driving others home with ice cream, convince your group to just eat it there.
